APPEAL FOR SECOUD TIME Aucklsnd, This Day. “We will see what happens this time," commented the chairmai, Mr H. A. Anderson, when the Nc 1 Armed Forces Appeal Board recanmended the release from the Royal Mew Zealand Air Force of George Jamis Trillo, aged 57, for whom an appeal vas lodged by W. R. Cooke and Son. ltd., tearoom proprietors. When th» case came before the board oil he 3rd August, it was alleged on behalf of appellant company that reservist was recommended for releae 12 months ago, but his papers had been lost by the Air Force and hea-ing was adjourned tfll Trillo could tppear in person. In evidence resevist said his previous application fiac gone astray after his case had been heard by the Appeal Board at Paeroa He wished to resume his occupatio as a baker with W. R. Cooke and Sm. Though he was a master baker, he /as doing only hours’ baking a day irrthe Air Force. Mr Anderson: If you vfcre not there, would you suggest the toys would not be well fed?. Reservist:Certainly not..
