London, Aug. 12. A report from Algiers says that M. Felix Gouin. President of the French National Assembly, who defended the ex-Fremier M. Blum at the Riom trial, denies the report of M. Blum's death given in Moscow by two Russian engin. eers from Lublin, 7J. Gouin says he saw M. Blum after the alleged date of his dea'h.
