PERSONNEL OF EXECUTIVE
LEAGUE OF LOCAL BODIES Left in abeyance after the local oody elections May. the appointment of the personnel of the executive of the Neison-Marlborough-West Coast League of Local Bodies has been completed so far as the Nelson area is concerned. The members are: Messrs F. H. Newman (patron). E. R. Neale (chairman). J. Corder. H. Hurst, R. W. Sparrow. and W J. Eginton. Mr Eginton. Mayor of Motueka. is the new member For the Marlborough area Messrs C T. Smith. Mayor of Blenheim, and C. E. Costello, have been re-appointed, while four other seats remain to be filled. Buffer and Inangahua have reappointed Messrs J. M. Robertson, Mayor of Westport, J M. Fairbairn, J. C. Brown and F. W. Archer, with two appointments stiff to be made to fill Duller and Inangahua’s quota. The appointments were left in the hands of the Nelson City Council, Blenheim Borough Council and Westport Borough Council respectively.
