FATAL TRAIN-TRUCK SMASH
Ashburton, This Day. When the northbound express struck a motor truck at Dromore yesterday afternoon. Lloyd Driscoll, aged 20, son of Mr and Mrs H. L. Driscoll, Seafield, was killed. Charles Henry Thomas Hunt, aged 28. married, farmhand, employed by Mr Driscoll, suffered shock and injuries to the back and lower rib?. His condition is satisfactory - - P.A.
