“Student Psychologist” (Rich- \ Tiond), commenting on a recent j Court case states that the parents and serious-minded people must have grave doubts about the safety of the children from sex offenders when they know from experience that pun- j ishment does not stop crime. The writer thinks that "women's organisa- : lions should take up this problem. The only way we can get rid of these ; offenders is to see that every person j has an understanding of the physical, : mental and moral side of the sex in- i stinct.
