CHINESE BURNED ALIVE
Chungking. April 14. Japanese occupation authorities in Peiping last month burned ali’-j 300 starving people and beggars o'" the excuse that they were plague- infected, says a Chinese dispatch. The inhabitants of a township outside Peiping were eyewitnesses of the atrocity.
