PROPOSED TOUR BY SENATOR
DARCEY Wellington. April 13. On reading the cabled statement that Senator R. Darccy. a member of the Australian Labour Party, would not now come to New Zealand for a speaking tour, Mr John Hogan cabled the senator for confirmation 0 r denial. The press cable reported that the secretary of the Tasmanian branch of the Aus tralian Labour Party. Mr West, said he bad been advised by Mr Darcey that lie would not make the trip. Mr Hogan has received the following reply; "Wo i wrong. Will certainly come if not prevented. Darcey."—P.A.
