BANGKOK PUNT BOMBED
PLANES SWEEP INDO-CHINA (Rec. 10.30 a.m.) Chungking, Feb. 8 Liberator bombers dropped three tons of bombs on an ordnance plant at Bangkok, starting many fires, says General Stilwell’s communique. Mitchells carried out sweeps over Indo-China destroying trains, railway bridges and strafing industrial buildings.
