Feb. 3 After talking to a tew Russians one gets the feeling that much of the current worry about what to do with Germany after the war is unrealistic After the Russians have dealt with Germany there aTe not going to be enough left to bother the world for many years,* pays the Moscow correspondent of the British United Press One Russian said : “We feel about the Germans just as you would feel if they had occupied to bother the world for many years.” average Russian feels equally strongly about outside interference in questions such as frontiers. They regard the frontier questions as settled. Russian official publications list Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania a s Soviet States just as same as the rest of the Baltic Union
