Mr and Mrs W. Best. Stoke, have received word that their son, Tpr. J. W. Best, has been dischai'ged from hospital in Italy and has rejoined his regiment.
Chief Judge for Western Samoa from August. 1938, until the middle of last year. Mr W. C. Harley, S.M., of Wellington. will conduct sittings of the Magistrate’s Court in Auckland for one month, commencing at the end of this week. Mr Harley has been appointed to relieve in Auckland while Mr J. Mori ing, S.M., is on leave.
