SIR CLUTHA MACKENZIE

Lieut.-Colonel Sir Clutha Mackenzie, who was blinded at Gallipoli in 1915 is on special duty with the Government of India inquiring and reporting on causes, prevention and cure of blindness in India, also on the education, employment and general welfare of the blind. Sir Clutha worked for St. Dunstan’s in India, Burma and Malaya in 1940.
