GRADUAL IMPROVEMENT Wellington, This Day. The indications are for moderate winds from an easterly quarter, weather cloudy and n.ilc with scattered drizzle or rain at first, but gradually improving. Tne further outlook is for mainly fair conditions. Overcast and muggy weafther conditions were experienced in Nelson this morning after a very warm night when the minimum temperature was 50 degrees. Yesterday’s bright sunshine amounted to only 7 hours 6 minutes.
