ANTI-ALLIED RING IN URUGUAY
Montevideo, Sept. 27. Two Argentine civilians were arrested to-day on charges of distributing proNazi and anti-American propaganda imported from Argentina. The Associated Press of America says the arrests led to the discovery of a widespread anti-Allied propaganda ring in Uruguay.
