INTERCESSION
"As the mountains are round about Jerusalem, so the Lord is round about His people from henceforth even for ever. But whoso hearkeneth unto me shall dwell safely, and shall be quiet from fear of evil.” For them whose ways are in the height, Lord hear our anxious prayer! Keep Thou them in the hour <f flight In Thine unsleeping care; Their Pilot be by day, by night Through the uncharted air. Gracious Father, watch tenderly over those who have not been home for a long time. May cheery thoughts be theirs. Convey messages of love to them assuring them that Thou are ever by their side. Grant journeying mercies to those who wing their way in the heights, and bring them safely home unstained in honour. Bring Thy healing ministries to the sick, wounded, and missing. Vouchsafe Thy saving grace to all in need, and may they rest serene upon the pillow of peace. Through Jesus Christ, the Prince of Peace. Amen.
