Mr and Mrs R. S. Taylor, of Haven road, have just received advice that their son, Pte. Norman Taylor, has arrived in New Zealand from the Pacific.
Mr R. A. Blampied, of Greymouth, who recently accepted the invitation of the Nelson Church of Christ to become its minister, has advised that he will take up his new duties on Ist August. He will fill the vacancy caused by Mr J. K. Robinson’s transfer to Perth, Western Australia.
Mr and Mrs F. W. Heine, of Upper Moutere, have received cabled advice that their son, Frank, has been discharged from hospital and that he is fit and well.
