SPANISH TROOPS TO AID GERMANY
London, April 30.
The Madrid cororespondeat of the Exchange Telegraph says a contingent of the Spanish Blue Division comprising 970 officers, n.c.o.’s and men are leading for Germany to-morrow en route to the Russian front. —P.A.
