NAPOLEON’S ARMY OF 1812 Loudon, Dec. 7. British Secret Servico records of the Napoleonic wars have been discovered among books and documents salvaged by Boy Scouts fror.i a private house. This was disclosed by Miss L. Redstone, a member of the Council of British Records Association, who is advising Ministry of Supply officials on the value of documents collected in a salvage campaign at Ipswich. Miss Redstone declined to say where the pri\ate house was situated, but added that the records were complete and just as decoded by the Foreign Office. They include a secret report on Napoleon’s army «\iring the retreat from Moscow in 1812.
