The Foreign Minister, Dr. Aranha, contradicting yesterday’s report, announced that Brazil in joining the United Nations as a full partner in the war against Germany and Italy does not mean a declaration of war against Japan. He said: “Our position is comparable with Russian and Japanese relations.
