FIRE ON FORESTRY PROPERTY Wellington, This Day. Nearly 300 acres of pine trees in the Tahorakuri block, the property of New Zealand Forest Products, Limited, have been destroyed by fire. The plantation. which was situated 75 miles south of Putaruru. consisted of young trees planted in 1931 and 1932. The area of the block is 30,000 acres.—P.A.
