MAN DROPS INTO FLOODED RIVER
Dunedin, This Day. An unknown man was seen to climb the railing of the footway on the Balclutha Bridge yesterday, hang by his hands for a few seconds and drop into the water below. The river is runinng very high at present and the body has not been recovered.—P.A.
