ROSE SHOW AT TASMAN
TO BE HELD NEXT WEDNESDAV This has been a great season for roses and there should be a fine array of exhibits of the popular flower at the Tasman Presbyterian Church Rose Show to be held in the Central Packing Shed on Wednesday next, afternoon and evening. In connection with the event, the proceeds from which will be divided equally between the church and patriotic organisations, there will be a baking competition, needlework and home produce, an exhibition of school work, etc. Afternon tea will be available. Community singing has been arranged for the evening.
