MEXICO BREAKS WITH VICHY
OTHER COUNTRIES LIKELY TO FOLLOW (Rec. 11.55 a.m.) Washington, Nov. 10. Mexico has broken off diplomatic relations with the Vichy Government. Virtually every country in Latin America except Argentina and Chile is likely to follow Mexico in the severance of diplomatic relations with Vichy, says the "New York Times.” The closing of the Vichy legations will reduce the Axis to dependence on Spanish missions for their espionage propaganda work in Latin America.—B.O.W.
