PRISONERS OF JAPAN
TO WORK IN FACTORIES London, Oct. 22. Berlin radio quotes a Japanese War Ministry announcement that war prisoners in Japanes hands will be used in important industries. Prisoners will be paid under regulations concerning payment to war prisoners. They will be sent to factories engaged in transport and electrical equipment after examinations to determine their skill.—P.A.
