Washington, Aug. 9. Dr. Quezon, former President of the Philippines, in a broadcast, asserted that the Atlantic Charter is a worldwide charter applying to the nations and peoples of Europe, America, Africa and Australia. He added, "Let's be clear on this. It is a charter of freedom for the peoples of Asia and all the Far Ea c t.” He stated that Filipinos were continuing guerrilla warfare against the Japanese from their mounand jungles.
