A FALSE ALARM
LINCOLN TUNNEL SEARCHED (Rec. 12.10 p.m.) London, Aug. 10. Police and special guards searched Lincoln tunnel for an hour and a quarter after a telephone call in which a person with German accent said the tunnel would he blown up in half an hour. Nothing was found. —P.A.
