WITHOUT FEAR OR FAVOUR
[To the Editor! Sir.—The new bylaw of the City Council prohibiting dogs, unless on the leash, from certain areas within the City will, I am sure, be much appreciated by all citizens desiring cleanliness. But it is to be hoped that the bylaw will be strictly enforced and summonses taken out in all cases without fear or favour; all unclaimed dogs, after proper advertising, to be sent to the lethal chamber.—l am. etc., CLEAN FOOTPATHS. Nelson, 27th Jujy.
