(Rec. 11.45 a m.) Washington, April 28. Mr Winant. U.S. Ambassador to Britain paid a farewell call on President Roosevelt He indicated that he would carry a message from President Roosevelt to Mr Churchill. Mr Winant is going to London by Clipper shortly. . Mrs Winant accompanying him.—PA.
