Mr Combs gave notice to ask the I \ Minister of Health whether he would i consider the advisability of requiring i \ the proprietors of maternity homes to | < hand to each prospective patient a card i j setting out the fees they would be re- | quired to pay over and above the allow- \ ances provided by the Social Security t Act. ..
