LEGATIONS IN OTTAWA
Ottawa, Feb. 10. Poland, Norway and Yugoslavia are to open legations in Ottawa. Reciprocal Ministers from Canada will not be appointed till the end of the war. Ottawa already has legations representing the United States, Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Argentine and Brazil, with High Commissioners from Empire countries. On sth February the Prime Minister announced that Canada and Russia had concluded an agreemnt in London for an exchange of consuls.
