WELLINGTON SUMMER MEETING Wellington, This Day. The second day of the Wellington Summer Meeting was held in dull but fine weather. A light rain fell last r.jght but the track was unaffected, being firm and fast. There was a large attendance. Results:— Mungaroa Highweight Handicap, of £350; one mile and three furlongs.—4-3 Patu-Po, 9.13 (J. Williamson), 1; 2-2 Lunaria, 9.2 (A. E. Ellis), 2; 11-13 Red Chief, 9.0 (V/. A. Sinton), 3. Scratched: Maharajah. Won by two and a half lengths, half a length. Time, 2.234.
