CLOUDY WITH DRIZZLE OR RAIN DEVELOPING Wellington, I The indications are for freshening northerly winds. The weather will probably prove cloudy with drizzle or rain developing, temperatures rather milder. I’hc further outlook is for unsettled weather. Some showers, totalling 4 points of rain, fell on Saturday afternoon, but the rest of the week-end was fine, yesterday especially being a beautifully fine spring day. The sun shone for 12 hours 35 minutes yesterday, and 8 hours 50 minutes on Saturday. The nights have been cool and on Saturday there was a frost of nearly 2 degrees. There was plenty o r snow on the ranges yesterday morning, but it commenced j to melt in the bright sunshine. The j weather for to-day’s holiday was fine but cool and cloudy. - 1
