The committee ! also proposed to increase expenditure ! on the library to £ 100 during 1942 to ! nil in some serious gaps. No change I was contemplated in country work, 'nor in the field of arts and crafts, jln connection with drama work the committee recommended that a grant of £l2 10s be made to the British j Drama League to maintain the work , [of the league's central organisation.
