SUPPLIES FOR TURKEY FROM PLANES SHOT DOWN' IN BRITAIN (Rec., 11.20 a.m.) London, Oct., 23. j Britain is shooting down enough | German planes to supply Turkey with spare parts says the Ankara corres-1 pondent of the Associated Press of Great Britain. The Turks are hard- j pressed for spares for Heinkels and i Germany even under the terms of the j most recent agreement declined to ! supply them because her own needs were pressing.
