BRITISH DELEGATES EN ROUTE Rugby, Oct. 22. It is reported from Lisbon that the British delegates to the International ' Labour Conference in New York on . 27th October left by Clipper this morning. They include Mr Ralph Asshei ton, Parliamentary Secretary to the j Ministry of Labour, and Sir Frederick , Leggett. Government representative Sir John Forbes Watson, employers' representative, and Mr Joseph Hallsworth, workers’ representative. The Polish Government representative travelled with them.—B.O.W.
