PLUNKET SOCIETY At the monthly committee meeting ot the Motueka Plunket Society there were present: Mesdames Muir (chair), Mackay, Dunne, Clinch, Thorp, Andrew, and Miss Cooper. The nurse’s report, which was read and received, showed for the previous month 276 babies under supervision, older children 77; visits to office were 194 mothers, 190 babies, and 53 older children. Telephone calls 22. It was decided to hold a children’s fancy dress party on the second Saturday in November. Accounts amounting to £72 13s lOd were passed for payment.
