FOR \.Z. AIR FORCE FUNDS FROM MELBOURNE FIRM Wellington, This Day The Prime Minister. Mr Fraser, stated to-day that funds totalling' £650 had been received from the directors and staff of the Centenary Woollen Mills. Melbourne, for the purpose of providing a fully equipped ambulance for the use of the Royal New Zealand Rir Force Mr Fraser stated this gift had been actuated by the war weapons appeal made recently in New Zealand and the funds had been subscribed partly bv the directors of the firm and partly by the firm s social club branch. I his firm trades in New Zealand under the name of Korma Mills. Limited. Auckland and both the parent company and the local branch have been largely concerned in the production of war material.
