IN LIGHTING RESTRICTION AREAS GENERAL DIRECTION BY CONTROLLER NO BONFIRES AT NIGHT Wellington, This Day. j There is to be no Guy Fawkes celebration this year in any area where; the lighting restrictions are in force, not at any rate so far as the hours af- i ter daylight are concerned. A generalj direction has been sent to all district ; controllers by Mr F. T. M. Kissel, Do- j minion Lighting Controller, that bonfires and fireworks at night are to be ! banned as they would be in conflict | with the Lighting Restriction Regula- j tions.—P.A
