I •- (To the Editor 1 Sir, In the last paragraph of my letter . of 19th September there is an error whic) obscures the meaning of the ; It should read: “Thus could one not say then, that it is the primary task of a government, to administer to the economic sphere on the one hand and to the cultural sphere on the other, mediating between them, yet leaving both free?” Also, earlier in the letter the word j 1 "gifts” should read “rights."—l am etc.! .
