JAPANESE OFFENSIVE
TROOPS 30 MILES FROM CHANGSHA 'Rec. 2.30 p.m.) Shanghai, Sept. 22. The Japanese Domei News Agency in a despatch from the frontier to-day said that eight waves of Japanese bombers heavily attacked Chinese troops at Changsha. The agency said that Japanese troops are only 30 miles from Changsha.—U.P.A.
