SHORTAGE OF GLOVES

HOME-MADE ONES ON SALE Auckland, This Day. Working independently in their homes, many women and girls in Auckland are doing their best to help their more unfortunate sisters in overcoming the marked shortage of gloves which has been apparent for some time. The completed products are sold to retail stores, which are only too flad of any further stocks to satisfy a clamouring public. Stores will take as many gloves as can be made, but the difficulty is to procure suitable skins P.A.
