5 j The annual meeting of the Richmond _ j branch of the British and Foreign Bible -j Society was held in the Methodist Church on Friday evening last, the ’ Rev. C. F. Saunders presiding. There j was a good attendance in spite of the severe weather. The Rev. J. D. Grocott opened with prayer, and a reading from the Scrip--1 tures was given by the Rev. F. Every. * j The Rev. C. F. Saunders gave a short i address on two translators of the Bible —John Wycliffe and William Tyndall —and this was followed by a short e ! fianancial statement by the secretary, ' | Mr P. S.
