JAPANESE TRADE WITH THAILAND (Rec. 9.30 a.m.) Bangkok, Aug. 5. The correspondent of the Associated Press of Great Britain reports that banking circles confirmed the previous 1 Tokio announcement of a credit of 10.- ! 000.000 bahts to finance Japanese trade with Thailand. Three banks are being assisted by Government funds. It was explained that the Thailand-Japanese , trade balance in recent months greatly ! favoured Thailand, which had been selling large quantities of rice, tin and ! rubber to Japan.—U.P.A.
