APPEALS FOR LEMPTION SINGLE MEN IN CIVIL SERVICE j COMMENT BY BOARD CHAIRMAN Wellington, July 28. j The desirability of there being some general policy laid down in respect of | appeals for exemption from military j service on behalf of single men in responsible Government positions was suggested by the chairman of the Armed Forces Appeal Board Mr Still- ' : well.
