CONGRATULATIONS FROM ROOSEVELT (Ree., 2.15 p.m.) New York, June 18. Mr Ingersoll, editor of “P.M.” to-day received a congratulatory telegram from President .Roosevelt on the occasion of the “completion of the first year of an interesting experiment in journalism.” “P.M.,” which is notably pro-British, has consistently urged all out aid and strongly exposed the large shipments of oil to Japan.—U.P.A.
