SEIZURE OF RUSSIAN CARGO

Ouman- 1 sky, has protested to Mr Hull against the seizure at San Francisco of a j Russian cargo of wool and leather ! from the Swedish vessel Columbia. It is understood that the cargo, 1 which came from Uruguay was seized 1 under the export licensing regula- 1 tions applying to foreign goods mov- ‘ ing through the United States.
