An Air Ministry communique states: “Objectives of last night’s R.A.F. offensive operations included docks at Calais, Boulogne and Dieppe. Four aircraft of the Castal Command attacked docks and shipping at St. Nazaire and Lorient, anci other aircraft attacked docks at Ijmuuien. None of our aircraft is ; nnssmg.” CONSIDERABLE ACTIVITY OVER CRETE It ir learned in London that there r was considerable air activity over i Crete. Malena and Heraklion were . bon bed by the enemy, but there was no damage or casualties. Five enemy , planes were brought down.
