BOLSTERING OF NANKING GOVERNMENT NO THIRD POWER MEDIATION Tokio, May IG. The Information Board spokesman, Mr Ishii, said that Mr Matsuoka. Foreign Minister, and the Japanese Minister to Nanking Mr Honda, had reached an agreement on the China policy, both favouring the bolstering of the Nanking Government, also rejecting the third power mediation, including the United States and Germany, relative to the Sino-Japanese hostilities.
