WELLINGTON CHAMPIONSHIPS The following athletes have been nominated and entered to represent the Nelson centre at the Wellington provincial championships: Miss S. Barry (ladies’ 75, 100 and 220 yards); J. Barron (880 yards and one-mile fiat); F. Barron (junior 100 and 220 yards); D. R. Blundell (junior high jump); E. T. O’Connor (junior 440, 880 yards and one-mile); D. McMorland (220 yards low hurdles and 880 yards flat).
The Nelson team for the one-mile medley relay will be: J. Barron (880 yards), E. T. O’Connor (440 yards). F. Barron (220 yards), D. McMorland (220 yards).
