SERVICE IN CIVILIAN CAPACITIES PARTY FROM JAMAICA (British Official Wireless) '(Rec. 10.0 a.m.) Rugby, Feb. 19. I Colonial artisans and technicians are being recruited for service in civilian capacities in the United Kingdom and the first party of 49 Jamaican artisans , has already arrived. The men will shortly be taken to a north-west town where arrangements for housing and 1 immediate employment have been imade.
