RUMANIAN OIL
PROMISED DELIVERIES TO GERMANY 3.000.000 TONS NEXT YEAR [U.P.A.— By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) BUCHAREST, Bth December. It is officially stated that Rumania has promised to deliver 3,000,000 ipns of oil to Germany in 1941. This represents 60 per cent, of Rumania’s total exports to Germany. New pipelines are being built to relieve the transport pressure on the Rumanian railways. Rumania is also exporting surplus cattle and cereals to Germany, excepting certain amounts for other countries which are supplying Rumania with goods unobtainable from Germany. I: is estimated that 70 per cent, of Rumania's total exports are now going to Germany.
